Dr. Lala Rasim Gahramanli

Dr. Lala Rasim Gahramanli is a leading researcher at the Nano Research Laboratory, Excellence Center of Baku State University, and a lecturer in the Physics Department specializing in Chemical Physics of Nanomaterials. Her research focuses on chalcogenide semiconductor nanomaterials and carbon-based materials such as graphene and graphene oxide for various applications. She has supervised over 20 graduate students, holds a patent for innovations in wastewater treatment, and actively participates in international research projects. Dr. Gahramanli was nominated for Young Scientist of the Year in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
